Wonderful World of Whisky Dinners at the Cluny Bank Hotel, Forres

David Wishart will be returning to the 2006 Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival, Friday 28th April - Monday 1st May 2006 and we are currently planning his Festival events.

These will include the launch of the second edition of his book Whisky Classified: Choosing Single Malts by Flavour which will be published in April 2006.  It has been extended to 94 Scottish distilleries, all those capable of producing single malt whiskies, with fully up-to-date malt whisky products, flavour profiles and tasting notes.

David will be signing copies of his book at several festival venues. He will also be launching Whisky Analyst, a new computer system for profiling and classifying whiskies by flavour, using his unique scientific method.  Whisky Analyst includes an extended directory with tasting notes and flavour profiles of aged malts, special expressions and special wood finishes. Anyone who purchases a signed copy of David's book at one of his Festival events will also receive a free copy of Whisky Analyst.
